Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. The role blends luxury service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

A strong English proficiency and 1+ years in sales—preferably luxury retail—are required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; social media savvy; experience with live-stream/video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and build client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Maintain floor and stockroom; manage inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Assist teammates; participate in brand initiatives and inclusivity efforts.
