Coach, a global fashion house under Tapestry, is seeking a sales associate to represent the brand on the sales floor in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion expertise, while driving sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

You will utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to encourage repeat purchases, manage daily operations, and participate in brand initiatives and training

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory cycles.
