The role emphasizes luxury retail skills, omnichannel selling, and collaboration with teammates. Experience in fashion retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency, iPad/laptop usage.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory movement and stockroom organization.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
