Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and engage in omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), strong English, and comfort with POS systems, social selling, and live demo formats.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to build client relationships.
• Experience with social media live-streaming or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations and merchandising standards.
