Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and engage customers with styling advice and product expertise.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency. You will work on the sales floor, contribute to visual merchandising, and participate in brand initiatives and

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail or upscale fashion sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English language skills and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated shopping experiences.
Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs with team collaboration.
Support daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
