Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience across our Coach stores. You will engage clients with personalized styling, maintain brand standards, and drive revenue while supporting daily store operations.

Experience in luxury retail and strong English communication are preferred. You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools to build relationships, exceed personal and store KPIs, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising.
