Coach in the United States is seeking a dynamic sales professional to represent the brand as a customer‑facing ambassador, delivering personalized styling and expert product knowledge. You’ll build lasting relationships, advise on fashion trends, and drive sales through cross‑selling and tailored recommendations.

As part of the Tapestry family, you will use POS and mobile tools, participate in brand initiatives, and maintain a high‑energy, welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background and social media savvy.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and build lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Support inventory cycles and assist teammates as needed.
