Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and live-stream/video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Handle daily store operations including cash wrap and merchandising.
• Support inventory cycles and assist teammates.
