Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting in the United States. You will meet and exceed personal and store sales goals while supporting daily operations and omni-channel selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent
• Experience with POS operation, including mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency and professional communication
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream capabilities preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales
• Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory, and merchandising
