Qualifications

• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain stockroom and floor standards; assist with inventories.
• Support daily store operations and participate in brand initiatives.
