Coach is a global luxury fashion house dedicated to crafting beautiful products and creating personalized shopping experiences. The Sales Associate will greet guests, deliver high‑level service, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations to drive revenue.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, requiring strong product knowledge, clienteling skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background a plus.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Assist teammates in functional areas and foster a collaborative environment.
