Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency and clienteling ability.
• Experience with POS, iPad/laptop use, and digital selling tools.
• Comfort with fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and mobile tools to process transactions and data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; support store operations.
