Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a high-end shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending in-store service with omni-channel selling and teamwork.

The role emphasizes clienteling, product expertise, and building lasting relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
• Strong English proficiency
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and team goals
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain floor energy and manage multiple customers while adapting selling techniques
• Handle daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies
• Process transactions and support inventory movement
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training
