This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will build client relationships, apply product expertise, manage daily store operations, and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
