Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment to deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet store sales goals, and support daily operations. You will leverage clienteling, social selling, and POS tools to build relationships and drive revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to work flexible hours; includes opportunities to participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain stockroom and floor cleanliness.
