Job summary
Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate who will be the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and supporting daily store operations. You will meet personal and store sales goals while collaborating with a team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and a passion for fashion trends.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or fashion.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
- Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and complete transactions.
- Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
- Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives.
