Coach in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires clienteling, fashion expertise, and strong communication with customers. Schedule includes nights and weekends, with opportunities to participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media and live-stream experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in other areas; foster collaboration and teamwork.
