Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment in the United States. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail or sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and expert product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energetic floor presence and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Perform daily tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
