Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support store operations. This role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use POS/mobile tools to capture data for repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; nights/weekends included

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
