Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor Leader in Atlanta to supervise Client Advisors on the selling floor and drive top performance with a customer-centric approach. You will partner with store leadership to coach, train, and develop teams while ensuring brand standards and exceptional service.

The role demands luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, to support a premier client experience.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in luxury retail or service industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and loyalty.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver high performance.
• Partner with Team Manager to support real time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
• Assist in the development and growth within your team.
• Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for Client Advisors and collaborate on training with store management.
