Qualifications

• Able to lead store operations and shift coverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Provide feedback and development plans through regular performance conversations.
• Oversee store opening/closing as Manager on Duty and lead morning briefings.
• Drive cross-category selling and product knowledge across floors.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Recruit and onboard high-performing team members.
