Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience in menswear category is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver a superior client experience.
• Provide regular feedback, development plans, and on-shift leadership as Manager on Duty.
• Coordinate store operations, schedules, and adherence to policies.
• Drive clienteling and customer relationship management to grow loyalty.
• Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising to optimize product and stock.
• Lead product launches and local events to meet sales targets.
