Gucci in Columbus seeks a Team Manager to lead a dedicated group of Client Advisors from the shop floor, delivering coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals. You will promote Gucci values and represent the brand as an ambassador while growing talent within the team.

You will drive client engagement, maintain the highest hospitality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet KPIs and product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and loyalty.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shop floor with real-time coaching and feedback.
• Provide regular coaching, development plans, and performance conversations.
• Oversee opening/closing and act as Manager on Duty.
• Lead morning briefings and communicate daily objectives.
• Drive clienteling activities and achieve KPIs across all categories.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and manage customer issues.
