Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver a luxury client experience, acting as a Gucci ambassador and embodying brand values. You will meet individual client needs with expert product knowledge and a passion for fashion, creating an elevated shopping journey.

You will drive sales, manage client data, and collaborate with team members to maintain pristine visuals and stockrooms while upholding Gucci image standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar role or customer service.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals, growing the business.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience with product knowledge and Gucci heritage.
• Drive KPI goals by delivering high-quality service and sales.
• Capture customer data via CRM to build relationships and personalize future opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate client book and follow up on sales and requests.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience.
• Uphold security standards and Gucci image guidelines.
• Maintain stock rooms and visual displays per Gucci standards.
