Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify trends.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Support opening and closing store as Manager on Duty.
• Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
• Attract, recruit, and onboard a high performing team.
• Monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drive cross-category selling and meet KPIs.
• Lead clienteling activities to grow client base.
