Gucci is seeking a Senior Client Advisor in Nashville to support the Store Director and Team Manager in driving sales, training, merchandising, and daily store operations. You will lead by example, building strong relationships with clients and promoting Gucci values.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will supervise Client Advisors on the selling floor, coach in real time, ensure onboarding aligns with brand standards, and help manage schedules, visuals, and customer experience.

Competenze

• Sales management experience in luxury retail or service-related industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
