Gucci is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to support the Store Director/Regional Director in driving sales, training and supervising Client Advisors, merchandise management, and daily store operations. You will lead with relationship building, promoting Gucci values and acting as a brand ambassador within the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Client Advisors on the selling floor to drive high performance.
• Coaching and real-time feedback with store team to achieve goals.
• Assist in development and growth of team and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure branded onboarding and training aligned with Gucci initiatives.
• Promote exceptional client service and build customer relationships.
