Gucci in Chicago seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead a luxury retail team and deliver an unsurpassed client experience on the selling floor. As a Gucci Ambassador, you will recruit, coach, and develop talent while embodying Gucci values and driving sales across categories.

You will manage clienteling, events, and daily operations to ensure outstanding service, collaboration with store leadership, and alignment with brand standards. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for the fashion industry.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to execute a superior client experience on the selling floor.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to Client Advisors to ensure development and motivation.
• Conduct performance conversations and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on stock, events, and category requests to grow the business.
• Ensure adherence to Gucci selling ceremonies and dress code on the floor.
• Oversee clienteling activities and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
