Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help ensure store success and customer satisfaction. You will greet clients, assist with purchases, and maintain an organized sales floor while processing shipments and stock movements.

You will operate POS systems, handle cash, and use tablets or laptops as needed. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in luxury or service environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to operate POS and cash handling procedures.
• Comfort with basic tech: tablets, PCs, and POS devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards where appropriate.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
