Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome customers, assist at the cash wrap, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll help process shipments, stock shelves, and participate in visual merchandising to support a luxury shopping experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong English communication, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided while you contribute to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
