Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate to enhance store performance. You will greet customers, maintain a pristine sales floor, and process transactions with accuracy.

The role requires adaptability for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, plus maintenance of brand standards across operations. You should bring 1+ years in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, cash handling, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with POS systems, iPad/laptop use, and price/product release sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively.
• Strong English language proficiency (US market).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support local social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information when allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team and management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
