Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire teammates.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
