Vince in Malibu is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You bring energy, expertise, and a deep passion for the Vince brand.

You will consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals, deepen client loyalty through proactive outreach, and model best-in-class selling on the floor while maintaining the luxury Vince experience. You’ll support store operations, POS, inventory and visual standards to shine as a leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic and drives brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients with a consultative approach.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling for the team.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Upholds all company policies including loss prevention.
