Vince in New York, NY is seeking a high-energy Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating luxury service standards and deep product knowledge.

The role focuses on achieving sales goals, building a robust client book, and mentoring team members while supporting store operations and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, events and holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Understand fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchasing decisions
• Cultivate a robust client book through outreach to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and procedures
