Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor at our Charlotte, NC store to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating luxury service standards and strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidate will consistently exceed sales goals, own their client book, and cultivate relationships through proactive outreach and a genuine consultative selling approach.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule; weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and luxury service standards.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
