Job summary

Vince in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction, owning a growing client book. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating strong selling behaviors, luxury service standards, and a high level of product knowledge.

You are a top performer who exceeds sales goals, engages clients through personalized outreach, and helps maintain an environment reflecting the Vince luxury experience. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inform selling.
• Grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and styling advice.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the sales floor.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Upholds company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
