Vince is seeking a Sales Supervisor in San Francisco who leads with selling and elevates client interactions. The role rewards top performers who manage a personal client book and deliver luxury service standards, product knowledge, and confident selling.

You will drive sales by nurturing client relationships, exceed KPIs, and support store operations including POS, merchandising, and inventory to reflect the Vince luxury experience. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Builds deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design to inspire purchases
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling to inspire the team
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Upholds all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
