Job summary

Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead with selling and elevate client interactions. You will set the store tone with luxury service, strong product knowledge, and proactive clienteling.

This part-time role includes weekend/evening availability and potential sales-based incentives. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in luxury retail, proven sales excellence, and skills in POS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

• Builds knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction to inspire confident purchases.
