Vince Holding Corp. in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Full Time Sales Supervisor to lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and uphold Vince's luxury service standards on the sales floor.

You will set the tone for the store, guide the team, and own client relationships to drive business. You will actively build your client book, deepen product knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Build a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Turn client interactions into brand-focused selling opportunities.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
