Job summary

V Opco, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead with selling and elevate client interactions for the Vince brand. You will build a strong client book, demonstrate luxury service standards, and share product knowledge to drive sales.

The role emphasizes high-energy clienteling, experience in luxury retail, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while supporting store operations. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule; weekends/evenings/holidays available.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inform purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and luxury service standards.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling on the floor to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and procedures.
