Vince is seeking a results-driven Channel Operations Part Time Sales Supervisor in Malibu to lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and uphold luxury service standards. You will build a strong client book, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and embody the Vince aesthetic in every client encounter.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, mentoring on-floor behaviors, and supporting store operations. Flexible weekend/evening availability and knowledge of luxury fabrics are valued.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobe recommendations
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling to inspire the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures
