Job summary

Vince is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Supervisor for our Malibu store. You will lead with selling and elevate every client interaction, owning your client book and delivering luxury service standards with in-depth product knowledge.

You will exceed sales goals, build lasting relationships, and mentor fellow team members while supporting store operations and maintaining Vince’s premium brand experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standardstyling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team.
• Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
