Job summary

Vince is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Supervisor for Channel Operations in Malibu, CA. This part-time role centers on luxury retail selling, clienteling, and elevating every client interaction to reinforce the Vince brand.

You will build a robust client book, exceed sales goals, and collaborate with store teams on operations, merchandising, and policy adherence while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication, clienteling skills.
• Deep understanding of the Vince brand identity and style.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and clienteling expectations.
• Build understanding of fabrics, fits, construction to inspire purchases.
• Grow client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement.
• Model selling behaviors on the floor to elevate the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and standards.
