Vince in New York seeks a motivated Sales Supervisor who drives store performance with expert product knowledge and luxury service. You will lead clienteling, elevate selling conversations, and mentor the team to consistently exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship building with customers.
• Flexible work schedule; weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Build deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Turn walks-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling for the team and support store operations (POS, merchandising, inventory).
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention.
