Vince is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Full-time Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You will bring energy and a deep passion for the Vince brand.

In this role, you will consistently exceed sales goals, develop your client book through proactive outreach, and model stellar selling behaviors on the floor while supporting store operations and upholding brand standards. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with POS and CRM tools.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Develop deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, and design intent to sell.
• Cultivate a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through consultative selling.
• Model top-selling behaviors and support store operations as needed.
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention.
