Vince in San Jose, CA is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You bring energy, expertise, and a deep passion for the Vince brand, and you will set the tone for the store with luxury service standards and strong product knowledge.

You will build a robust client book, convert walk-ins to loyal clients, and model best-in-class selling on the floor while supporting store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in luxury retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchases
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book via proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions that increase sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors to inspire the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
