The Sales Associate will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience across omni‑channel platforms while meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and contribute to brand initiatives.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, live-streaming, and social selling. This position offers a fast-paced environment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Assist with daily operations including stock, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
