Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience in a luxury environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail sales, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English. You will build client relationships, leverage fashion knowledge, and contribute to brand initiatives and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS, Mobile POS, and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; social media/live-stream experience a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and peak retail days.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
