This role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. The position emphasizes brand standards, customer focus, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
• Strong English proficiency; comfortable in fast-paced luxury retail.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Build client relationships with personalized styling.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Support inventory, cash wrap, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain clean, organized floor and stockroom; follow procedures.
• Process transactions including returns and online pickups.
