Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the maintenance of a multifamily community. You will lead a team of technicians, manage budgets, and ensure preventative maintenance programs drive long-term value and resident satisfaction.

The role requires experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair, with strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to safety and quality. A customer-focused approach and ability to work with vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in apartment maintenance management.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required.
• OSHA safety rules knowledge and compliance.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance budget and identify cost savings.
• Oversee organization and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure shop and storage areas are clean and organized.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance team.
